We review our designs and associated implementation project plans, with SHEQ in mind, to ensure both public safety and the safety of everyone involved or exposed to any potential hazard or identified risks.
Risk management
The development of risk management plans is a core business deliverable of our project management services, whereby all aspects related to risk management are carefully reviewed to development proper and acceptable mitigation action through our risk matrix.
