We strictly adhere to B-BBEE policies and support the development of emerging civil engineering enterprises to ultimately become sustainable.

We support employment equity and regularly engage in mentorship and training programmes that assist and guide participants to become competitive and profitable enterprises.

Our vision and mission statements are aligned with those of the government institutions and state-owned companies, therein to develop business models that will support diversity in the civil engineering fraternity and construction industry. We also actively engage in formulating strategies that will allow historically disadvantaged South Africans to assume pivotal roles within the construction industry and contribute to transforming South Africa’s economy.

ENTERPRISE- AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

We are actively involved in community development programmes aligned with eradicating youth unemployment.

This includes SMME development through an Integrated Contractors Development Programme, where we serve as programme leaders.

RASNCO looks at sustainable development holistically and in ways that will promote the development and improvement of lives within our society. We aim to become a cornerstone for Black Industrialisation through offering innovative solutions to the economy, potential growth analysis, as well as the facilitation of SMME investment and funding by facilitating investments through investor and funding institution partnerships.

The Integrated Development Programme:
 

  • Provides social investments, focusing on backlog infrastructural development, such as access roads.
  • Includes strategic partnership for training, mentorship, and development of other SMMEs, suppliers and other relevant enterprises that add to our value chain.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

 
We actively invest and back non-governmental or non-profit organisations that are involved in youth programmes aimed at alleviating youth unemployment.
