LEADERSHIP
Our organisation is led by our two co-founders and directors – Mr Nkateko Rasimphi (CEO) and Ms Asive Ncoko.
Mr Nkateko Rasimphi
CEO
Mr Rasimphi is a registered ECSA Professional Engineering Technologist (Civil) who has worked in the civil engineering industry since 2011 and has experience in project management and co-ordination of the full project life cycle.
Prior to founding RASNCO with Ms. Ncoko he was employed at Aurecon (until 2018) where his responsibilities spanned project and contract management, including contract administration, construction supervision, and technical expertise on road rehabilitation projects. While at Aurecon he participated in detailed pavement investigations for reseal projects, where the statistical analysis of road pavement composition and behaviour was evaluated to provide sound engineering solutions to pavement design (Mr. N Rasimphi completed his thesis based on the effect of excessive moisture content on pavement structures).
Ms Asive Ncoko
Ms Ncoko has worked in the civil engineering industry since 2016. During her experiential learning as a South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) student; she was placed on an Aurecon resurfacing project where her responsibilities included on-site operation supervision, the measurement of completed work and contract administration.
As an Aurecon Graduate Technician her responsibilities included visual inspection of all site operations, contract administration, as well as running statistical analysis (on asphalt and bitumen treated base patches) as well as doing as-builds for both sections. She is also founder and CFO of RASNCO’s construction and plant division, known as Patiswa Construction PTY LTD.
